The Portugal Golden Visa program, initiated through the amendment of Act 23/2007 on July 4, 2012, allows non-EU investors to obtain a temporary EU residence permit for up to 5 years through investment in Portugal.

  1. You need to provide us with a copy of your passport for pre-screening
  2. A Brookes & Partners KYC application form needs to be completed
  3. With the above being cleared, we will provide a client engagement agreement
    Instruct Brookes & Partners by settling our legal fees
  4. Gather documentation and prepare your application for submission
  5. Our legal team will proceed with the full setup: company formation and corporate bank
  6. Account Opening (30 to 45 days)
  7. Our Management team will source and hire 10 workers for your company activity (45 to 55 days)
  8. The company will be fully operational with 10 workers and managed by our team (5 days)
  9. Our lawyers will apply for your Golden Visa Residency Card
