  • Freely travel, reside, study and work within the 27 countries of the EU, as well as Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein

Pricing starts from €2m Euro (Plus VAT) Investment into Residential and commercial properties and €75,000 as Non Refundable Government donation and €75,000 investment into an IT tech startup company.   1. Filing of the CBI application for the main applicant and spouse
  2. Filing of a Permanent Residence Permit (PRP) application for the main applicant, spouse, and minor children (between ages 7 and 17). This requires a one-day visit to Cyprus by the main applicant, spouse, and minor children (Note: minor children can be excluded from the PRP application, and this will not affect their ability to apply for citizenship later on – see below)
  3. Within 5 days of filing, approval of PRP status is granted, allowing the residency permit holder to travel visa-free to Cyprus, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands and Luxembourg
  4. Processing of the CBI application is completed within 6 months
  5. Issuance of Certificates of Naturalisation and passports occurs 12 months from the date of original filing (in regards to the main applicant and spouse)
  6. Citizenship applications are filed for minor children, requiring 2 to 3 weeks for approval. An immediate issuance of certificates of naturalization and passports occurs thereafter
  7. Citizenship applications are filed for adult children (up to age 27) and parents of main applicant
  8. On the following day, the adult children and parents of the main applicant must visit Cyprus to file their PRP applications
  9. Adult children and parents of the main applicant are approved for citizenship within 6 months of filing the relevant PRP application
  10. Issuance of Certificates of Naturalisation and passports occurs 6 months from the date of relevant PRP filing (in regards to adult children and parents of main applicant)
