€1m euro’s is required to invest into an Approved nursing home project which will generate 4% return PA and the investment is guaranteed to be returned back to you after the 5 year lock in period.

In terms of the Citizenship application process and timeline, it is summarised as follows:

  • 5 years of residency status for the main applicant
  • OR 5 years for the spouse and children
  • The minimum investment period is 3 years, however, the proposed structure has a 5-year lock-in clause.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to apply for citizenship, the applicant has to reside in Ireland for 5 years and at least 10 months per year. The dependants can reside without the main applicant or spouse being present in Ireland and obtain the citizenship. Some clients will put their children into Education in Ireland and after 5 years secure EU citizenship. A life changing strategy.
